What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I most enjoy the mutual enrichment. I love to play and create strong connections with cats. My goal is to ensure the cat has a good day, however they need. That brings me joy and makes it all worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

I would suggest finding a cat sitter who has good and clear communication. I believe this sets up a foundation of trust. Trust is vital when allowing someone to step in and care for your cat in your absence. I am very open to feedback and clear in my communications.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Ensuring the safety of the cat and the home is essential. It is a privilege to have access and that should be taken very seriously. I would work with the owners to determine if there are any behaviors that might jeopardize a cat getting outside if they are not supposed to. I am very well versed in doing the shuffle when I walk in or out of the front door. I would never share personal information of the residence or owners, nor allow anyone inside that was not explicitly told otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
