Hi kindred cat soul! I love animals. Cats are my favorite because of their mysterious powers, beauty, and history with us. I adopted my cat “Snuss” 8 years ago from the Oregon Humane Society and unexpectedly fell head over heels for her (and I like to think the feeling is mutual). This year, she had a couple months of severe chin acne. I changed nearly everything, including her diet. She now eats only raw (her favorite is rabbit) as well as fresh grasses that I plant for her. Her chin is completely healed. She has peed on my comforter in the past and after many vet visits, it has been ruled as behavioral - so I understand litter behaviors to that extent. Otherwise, Snuss and I live cozily in our little Slabtown apartment. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
