Melanie is so great, she even went to my place early one day when I was concerned about my kitty hiding for so long. He may not welcome her with all the cuddles, but it doesn't stop her from trying to win him over. Such a gem to be able to rely on her to keep my fur babe safe!

Melanie is the best kitty charmer to my bravest fraidy cat - he regularly hisses at her each time she visits, yet this time she charmed him into sitting on her lap - a first time for him with anyone! She has so much patience with him and adjusts to his needs all while he works through his really big feelings, and she still loves him through it all. She even brought him a special Valentine!

Melanie was amazing! our kitty got really sick the beginning of December and was hospitalized for a few days. we learned he had diabetes and a liver issue. so while we were away for the holiday we needed someone to give him insulin and a few other meds. he’s not always the easiest cat because he can be a bit aggressive with people he doesn’t know. but Melanie went above and beyond caring for him, and our other cat. her check ins were always very reassuring that he was in good hands, and she even brought them some Xmas gifts which was super sweet. it was a really stressful December with my cat getting so sick and almost dying, and Melanie was able to provide us with some relief when we were away for the holiday. couldn’t recommend her enough! especially if you have a kitty that needs a little extra care.

As a special needs fur mama, I am SO happy I found Melanie! My kitty is diabetic & when I moved into the area, I was so worried about finding someone I could trust to give my baby his insulin - but boy was I impressed! Melanie's professionalism is top notch, her communication is thorough & she is dedicated to making sure Gatsby is extra comfy & well taken care of - she even does his insulin exactly the right way!! I feel safe & secure knowing she's the one at home with my baby & we're both so grateful to have found her 💕 A million times, thank you!!!

Melanie took care of our extremely shy cat with zero issues. in a complete surprise, our cat came out from under the bed on the first introductory visit and was happy to see Melanie! every single day, I got updates , pictures, videos, everything! I had complete confidence that my cat was being taken care of in the best possible way. when I got back home, our cat was very happy, and not angry or anxious as she usually is when we come back from a trip. I am extremely satisfied with the service that Melanie provided and have zero doubt in my mind I will schedule her for our next trip! she went above and beyond her call to make sure my cat was happy and taken care of. I'd put six stars if I could!

Melanie was absolutely amazing with our senior cat who has IBD! Boo warmed up to her immediately and even let Melanie give her meds, which is very rare as she normally chases and hisses at sitters who try to pet her! She kept in constant contact with daily photos, and even brought in an extra automatic feeder for our hungry girl

Melanie once again did fantastic with my fraidy cat. She sent ample updates for each visit, and was kind enough to help keep my plants alive. In a week my kitty went from hissing at each visit to finally playing, giving head bumps, and even giving her his tummy! She was was patient with him and found ways to play on his comfort level to encourage him to trust her - she was even able to pick him up! I am so comfortable knowing that my fur babe is being SO well taken care of while I’m away. She even gives status updates on food intake, and cleaned up the sand castle he made for her in the bathroom.

Melanie is seriously the cat whisperer. She started our messages by reassuring me that the ‘challenging’ kitties were her favorite. At the meet & greet my shy lil babe already adored her and gave her sweet kisses before she left - he has NEVER taken to someone that quickly! She also does very well at taking care of the pawrent, as she sent me plenty of updates throughout each visit. She built up trust between both me and the fur babe very quickly, and I felt so secure knowing that my kitty was being so well taken care of while I was away. I actually wondered if my kitty might adopt her for good before I got home. To sum things up: I rebooked her for my next trip out of town before she had even finished this first booking. She’s a gift to both of us. ❤️

Melanie is an absolute treasure! As another reviewer mentioned, I almost don’t want anyone else to know how truly phenomenal a kitty sitter she is. Not only did she give very detailed updates about my cat Wonton, she also sent tons of pics and videos. Her comments were both hilarious and heartwarming, it was almost as if she was telling a story. Melanie genuinely cares for your cat and gets to know them as an individual, and Wonton took to her so well I felt immediately at ease. I will be rebooking her again, and I’m sure Wonton will be excited to see his Auntie Melanie!

Melanie was an amazing sitter I can't recommend her enough! She was patient and very kind with my 3 elderly fuzzy gentlemen. They are complicated to care for with their food regimens, meds and one of them gets SQ fluids. She did a great job with all of it, and even gave them extra love and attention. She's a great communicator with excellent attention to detail. I'm so happy I found her for my little furbabies!

Melanie is such a rare gem to find in the huge world of cat sitters and hotels. I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want her to get too popular for purely selfish reasons. She instantly took to my cats - one of whom is quite shy usually. She calmly and attentively listened to all the kitty quirks and the various nuances of being a cat mom to my high energy boys. She sent me thorough and thoughtful updates through out with many, many pictures and videos (good ones too!). She left my house just as good if not better than I left it. I couldn’t even tell someone had been there. Best of all, I came home to two very happy kitties who honestly seemed a little disappointed I wasn’t Melanie! 😹 I felt very safe with Melanie and would highly recommend her if you’re on the east side.

Melanie is amazing! Even with a broken ankle and terrible weather she was reliable and took awesome care of my senior kitties. They need extra love and attention and have a complicated medication and feeding schedule. She does a great job each time and it's obvious how much she cares about my little furballs. I would highly recommend her!!

Melanie was so thorough and delightful from meeting her to the cat updates and videos..I knew my kitty snd my house were in safe hands while I was away. Her heart is huge for the kitties..she’s not doing this as a chore, she makes the extra effort to bond and even showed me feeding tricks to get my elderly cat to eat. Melanie is wonderful!!!

Melanie is the most awesome cat sitter ever! I've reviewed her previously but wanted to again as I've gotten to know her even better. My elderly cats are very hard to take care of - lots of meds, not interested in eating, changes at each visit with food/meds, etc and she goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and healthy. Melanie was a most awesome cat sitter - reliable, responsive, caring towards our pets. She gave pill meds and supplements to two of our elderly cats as directed. She also changed/refilled our hamsters' water. I rested easy knowing she was there to care for our pets daily, and I really couldn't recommend her more highly!

The shy guy is the one to worry about for feeding however he warmed up to Melanie sooner than later which you know says a lot! Having peace of mind when on vacation is crucial (I had it) . Thank you for taking such great care of my fur babies and going the extra mile for some packages and a vacuum session. I hope your schedule will permit visiting when we need ya next. FIVE STARS Dang, we love Melanie! (we, being my cat and I!). Melanie has worked with my cat and I a few times now and I never ever have a worry when she's under Melanie's care. She adores my kitty (and vise versa w/ my kitty). They get along great, Melanie is very communicative and is able to work with my kitty's med & feeding schedule to keep her on track. Melanie takes and shares amazingly cute photos & videos to ensure my kitty is getting the attention she is used to. I highly recommend Melanie and look forward to the next time we get to work together!

Melanie was amazing! We needed a sitter last minute and Melanie responded to my message quickly and was available. Our Cat seemed to love her and she followed all of our instructions. Melanie did a wonderful job once again cat sitting for our two cats, this time during a slightly longer trip. She did a great job with their meds and was thoughtful and communicative. Melanie gave our cats lots of love and playtime. Her photo and video updates were excellent and mirrored her comments about how great the kitties were doing. They were clearly quite comfortable and happy, and our shy girl warmed up even more to Melanie on this set of visits and was no longer hiding under the couch by the end of the visits. We’ve already scheduled with Melanie for our next trip out of town!

Went above and beyond with communication while we were away. We LOVED getting both pictures and videos of our kitty trio. There were some bad weather conditions while we were away, and Melanie was just as worried about the cats as we were. Additionally, she noticed and messaged about some other issues in our home while we were away. She was amazing and we're thankful she took such good care of our three kitties.
