Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have to cats with my partner. Our calico is named Willow and she is playful and curious and a good snuggle buddy. Agnes is a tabby-torti who is also curious but much more timid. She loves treats and pets and being in whatever room I’m in.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to stop by and try to meet your cat if they aren’t too shy. I like to see where you keep your food and litter and toys and treats. We can also make a plan for any unexpected emergencies or if concerns arise.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Having a particularly anxious or timid cat has prepared me to help your cat as well. If they are food driven offering a treat or churru can help build trust and interest. Sometimes playing will do the same. Often it just takes time and multiple interactions to build connection.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
