I have three cats of my own of whom I love so dearly. I have experience caring for all three of them but I also have experience with foster kittens and with in home pet sitting and care from a previous job.
Cats always seem to enjoy my presence and often seek out affection and play from me! I am great with all types of cats, young, old, cuddly, playful, antisocial, you name it!
I truly am so passionate about these animals and would absolutely love to spend my extra time caring for yours!
I am also experienced in reptiles and rodents so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have some other animals as well!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
A few years back I had a job with a pet sitting company in my home town where I specialized mostly in cat sitting and would do pop in visits for feeding, love, any medicine needed, and of course cleaning and litter matinence! I also have been in charge of my family’s two kitties on multiple occasions as well as my own cat. I have experience with both fully grown cats and kittens!
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
When cat sitting I really enjoy being able to meet all types of cats with different personalities and have the chance to bond with them and have a great time! Spending time with kitties always makes me happy and I’d love to be able to cat sit and be around cats more often!
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have 2 kitties back at home in California and one cat of my own here in Eugene! The two kitties in Cali are sisters of whom we initially fostered and then adopted. One is a tortie calico pattern named Cleo and the other is an orange tabby named Honey! And my new baby is named Cody and he’s a gray and white tabby situation! They are all so very sweet and I love them to the moon and back!
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
Typically when working with a new cat parent we discuss needs, cats, and dates through messages and also schedule an in home meet and greet. At this meet and great I get to meet the cats, the owner, get a lay of the land, and confirm all that is needed from me! It’s a great way to get started and be ready to work.

Kai was fabulous. She was patient with our cat, who would not come out from under the bed the first couple of nights. She totally befriended me cat and sent us a photo or two every day. She invested time and energy in caring for our cat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Eugene cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $28.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
