She managed using our security system with ease and sent cute pics of our two cats and was always complimentary of them :) She genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of them! She was really flexible too and was able to add an extra day last minute when our travel plans changed. Will definitely be working with her again!"

She tried getting in touch with everyone (we were not answering) and figured out another way to get in.
