I currently work at a veterinary ER. Ihave previous experience as a Kennel Manager at a non profit shelter. I would do intake on each cat, check them over medically, administer any medications, and behaviorally assess them for adoption. I have 3 years as a veterinary assistant. I understand medical terminology and how to examine cats for possible illness. I also have 18 years of fostering experience with MCAS. I specialized in feral kittens and eye trauma. Lastly, I have several special needs cats of my own. One with a double rear amputation and partial paralysis, which requires manual bladders expression... I currently work at a veterinary ER. Her experience with giving GS injections for FIP gave us peace of mind while we were away, and she was able to give us some suggestions for doing the shots that have totally helped. Blazer is AMAZING! I had a trip booked, and the week I was supposed to leave my cat came down with an eye infection, that then caused a subsequent skin infection around the eye. I was going to cancel my trip, but then I found Blazer (who has a ton of experience with eye issues in cats) and when we meet I knew I could trust her with helping my kitty heal while I was away. She's great at giving medication and making animals feel comfortable. She sent very detailed updates that helped me feel confident that they were well taken care of while I was away--and eased my stress A TON! She even helped out with my plants and some light house-stuff while I was gone (on her own volition) to help make my place cozy for the fur babies and for me when I got home. I would totally book her again!

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
