I have high expectations for the care of my 8 cats, and I can say with certainty Jackie has not only met but exceeded these expectations. I told her most of my cats were very shy and that she wouldn’t see most of them, but to my disbelief by day two she had already become best friends with them all- even the one that hides behind the washing machine with new people came out and was loving on her! She respects cats’ boundaries and can read their language very well. She sent updates with pictures and videos every day. She has calming energy with cats who need that. She gave all my cats their favorite treats and played with them all, getting to know each of their personalities individually. I have a cat that pees that needs to stay in her own room, three other cats, and four outdoor cats and Jackie gave them each special attention-and even played with my outdoor cats! She brought her own toys and lick mats for enrichment. She knew how my litter genies worked and had emptied them all, along with the trash, on the last day. She asked if she had questions. She found and hid a melatonin pill that had been on the floor for who knows how long to protect my cats just in case. Also on her first day she literally scooped up a lost dog that was walking behind my house in an alleyway - I swear I think animals just flock to her like she is a Disney princess lol! I will be requesting her for all future vacations for the rest of my life. As a huge cat person myself involved in the cat rescue world, I can say with certainty you will be more than satisfied with Jackie‘s personalized care for your animals.

Jackie is an amazing cat sitter! She tried some new toys with my 2 goofballs and was even able to clip their claws when they had been difficult for me in the past.

this has been my second time having jackie take care of my cats and she’s just amazing! i know my cats will be well cared for. She went above and beyond - clipped the cats nails, took the litter trash out, and gave me daily adorable update pictures. She even brought them toy mice! it’s always nice seeing and having jackie over!!

My husband and I were very nervous about leaving our kitties with a sitter. However, once we met with Jackie, our fears went right away. We knew that she would be the perfect fit! We left for vacation feeling relaxed knowing that they would all be in good hands. She was wonderful sending us updates during each day and our kitty clan made a new friend- even the shy ones!! Jackie has an amazing gift of connecting with animals. She and my cat Cheddar bonded quickly. There are times when he can be shy but he took right to her: letting her pick him up and rub his belly. She sent me photos each day along with descriptions of their time together. She went above and beyond and brought a lick mat for him to try. I will schedule with Jackie the next time I am out of town.

Jackie was beyond amazing. She was so friendly and patient with my cats. She sent me cat pictures and updates each visit. She went out of her way to cut their nails and bring new cat toys for them to play with which was so unexpected and sweet. By the end of it, even my very shy cat had even warmed up to her. I felt extremely comfortable knowing my cats were being taken care of by Jackie and would absolutely use her again.

I cannot say enough good things about Jackie! Even on her very first visit, she was somehow able to get my incredibly shy cat to come out of her shell — which honestly says everything. As a pet owner, especially with cats who have different personalities and comfort levels, that meant so much to me. Jackie was incredibly thoughtful, communicative, present, and genuinely outstanding as a person. She kept me updated, made me feel completely comfortable, and treated my cats with kindness and patience. She is also very relatable and easy to talk to, which made the entire experience feel so natural and stress-free. Most importantly, I felt completely comfortable having Jackie in my home and trusting her with my girls. It is clear she genuinely cares about animals and the people she works with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy to care for their pets!
