I've had cats for over 30 years of my life. My cats are my only family and everyone who knows me knows I would do anything for them. Over the years I've had up to 3 cats at a time and their personalities always seem to amaze me!

Whether your cat is playful and outgoing, shy, a senior or has special needs, I will care for them on their terms and treat them like they're one of my own.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I currently have two. My oldest is a calico named Lady Whiskers. She chose me at the shelter when she jumped on my shoulder as soon as we met. She also chose her own name. I also have my buddy boy, Jazzy Jeff. Ive had him for a few years. I kept the name the shelter gave him because I thought it was too good.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am typically available every holiday. Occasionally I make plans last minute so I always appreciate as much notice as possible, but 99% of the time you can assume I'll be available.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Aw i try to handle thes poor babies with plenty of patience and understanding! Just like humans, every cat is different, with their own personality. Sometimes it takes a while to warm up and get comfortable around someone. I like to hang out with them, from a distance if necessary, and try to let them get to know me. I also find it makes them more comfortable when you drop to their level and sit or lay on the ground. As with any relationship, a bond takes some time and I am more than happy to put in the effort. Oh, and treats. I always have treats.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
