I have two cats of my own—both with very different personalities so I am used to both friendly and sociable cats and more anxious or aloof cats. I am very calm and patient and receptive to what a cat needs. I have watched my friends’ and family’s cats and I find that maintaining a calm presence and letting the cat come to me works best. I love spending time with cats and getting to know their individual quirks! I feel comfortable giving cats medicine if needed as well and I am so happy to have the chance to meet your cat!

I love all cats and I love that every cat has its own personality and quirks! I enjoy getting to know and build trust with a cat.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have two cats, one girl cat named Piglet and one boy cat named Gromit. Gromit is very social and loves everyone. Piglet is a little more shy and anxious/particular.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I have a cat who can be very timid/anxious especially around strangers. I know how it can feel to leave your cat in the hands of a stranger. I am very calm and patient and respect cat’s boundaries. I’ve found that it is most helpful with cats who are more anxious to not force interactions with them and instead let them come to me when they’re comfortable. I like to sit calmly in the house for a while and let them know I’m not a threat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
