Because every home is different it's important for me to listen to you and your cats needs to ensure they are properly cared for when you aren't home. I have given medicine to cats and I'm great at handling special instructions with giving food based on dietary needs. No matter what the need is, it's so important to me that you can leave your home knowing your pets are in safe hands.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Every cat is unique with their own little personalities and needs, and I it's always delightful to meet a new cat and take on the challenge of being "accepted", even the most stubborn ones.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two sweet 5 year old boys named Bert, a big-boned tuxedo, and Ernie, my sassy tabby. Both are super spoiled.

What is your favorite cat toy?

Always the fishing pole toy is my favorite to use, my cats always go crazy for it. Anything with cat nip is great too if the cat responds well to it.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

My cat, Ernie, has an anxiety disorder and FIC which has made me very well-versed in coming up with ways to make a cats life at home more relaxed and comfortable. It's so important to me to listen to my pets and what they need, and come up with creative strategies to help them feel safe. I will always follow the cats lead first.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
