Kristen was the perfect sitter for our 2 rescue kitties. I was very hesitant to leave the cats for so long as they are both rescues and have had me around almost literally all the time when I adopted them and they dont often leave the same area I am in, or at least the general vicinity. One of the cats immediately took to Kristen when she came for the initial "get to know you" visit, sat next to her, purred and was obviously very comfortable with her. The other cat is quite stand-offish around new people and usually wont show himself for a long time. I brought him down to meet Kristen and he did not run away as usual. He sniffed her and then lay down near her, obviously very comfortable with her. Kristen sent at least 1 "Daily Update" which included not just her daily experience but also photos and videos of them the entire duration of our absence which made us very happy and it helped to ease my stress over leaving them for so long. I recommend Kristen without hesitation and will call on her again when and if the need arises.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
