Lauren was our first caretaker we’ve ever booked for our cat Boots. And we were also her first booking on Meowtel! We booked Lauren for the weekend we were away getting married and everything went so smoothly. Except I forgot something important at home and she went above and beyond to find it and place it in a secure spot for a friend to pick up and bring to our wedding. Her fantastic response rate and incredible friendliness saved my forgetfulness! Boots was happy to see Lauren for a brief stay each day. They even played together, which is rare for our 17 year old cat! I hope you book a sit with Lauren—she was wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone!

Lauren is an amazing cat owner and cat sitter. I have worked with Lauren on multiple occasions working with different cats - so I have seen how she interacts with them. She is so sweet to them and the cats seem to warm up to her really fast. She will always complete her responsibilities from the owner, but will do additional tasks as well to make sure your cat is happy and well cared for. She will play with them, cuddle them or give them their fav treat! Whatever you want or your cat loves, she will do! Lauren is extremely reliable, trustworthy and phenomenal at caring for cats!!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
