I had a positive experience with Colleen overall. She helped me plan for my upcoming trip and made helpful recommendations ( pocket pill treats, pet pill gun, rearranging the furniture to administer SubQ fluids). Unfortunately I was unable to book her for my upcoming trip ( medical emergency). However, she gave me enough time to start looking for another sitter before my upcoming trip ( which I really appreciate). She also went above and beyond to help assist me with finding a replacement sitter. Colleen’s help made administer SubQ fluids easier , and if available I would definitely book her again.

absolutely, highly recommend Colleen. the cats LOVED her. she's very good with all 3. I was recovering at home but couldn't do litter box, feedings. in addition to all that, she was kind enough to bring me water from downstairs ( confined to 2nd floor) and put trash out for me. cleaned up after them, played with them, gave me great tips for their care and always on time. if she had to be a little late, she updated me with what was happening. also, fun to talk to. you will absolute not regret hiring her. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
