What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy getting to know each pet's individual quirks and personalities! I love figuring out your little guy's play style and social needs, however, if we just need to be fed and feel safest if we are left alone, I am absolutely here for that as well.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
I have two kitties I watch from time to time, they are brothers named Virgo and Pisces, they have totally claimed me as part of their litter and they groom my head and face.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
My kitty is named Winkie, she is a domestic short hair and she is very vocal and playful. She loves to play fetch but chasing a laser is her all time favorite. She is sassy but has a very sweet side, too. She loves her rabbit brother and always wants to be a part of what the pack is doing.

Madison went above and beyond caring for my kitties. After my one cat was diagnosed with Heart Failure, I cut back on travel as I was too nervous to leave my cat and have someone else administer his medications. I decided to finally take a vacation and Madison was the perfect chouce. She made me feel comfortable and at ease before I even left for my trip. She regularly updated me on both of my cats which allowed me to genuinely enjoy my vacation without worry. I returned to happy and content kitties; They barely seemed phased to have me home, which is a huge indicator they felt comfty with Madison in my absence. I would definitely use her for future services and I'm super grateful for her care.

Madison is seriously the most incredible caregiver!! She has cared for my cat, Kiki, multiple times and I honestly couldn't ask for a better sitter! She's incredibly loving and truly present with him and she listens to his needs and takes the time to make him feel so comfortable! She's also great with his daily oral steroid which isn't always the easiest thing to administer, and she never makes it stressful for him. I always get photo and video updates showing him happy and relaxed which is so reassuring while I'm away. Madison consistently goes above and beyond and honestly I think my cat might love her more than he loves me!! I can't recommend her enough she is the best!!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Philadelphia cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $26.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
