I'm a proud Crazy Cat Lady and owner of two cats, Tokyo, my sassy 8 year old tabby, and Trixie, my mischievous 1 year old tuxie. I've also catsat for others for several years and have decided to turn it into a professional service!
I know how much us cat owners love our pets and how much we worry when we're away from them. At each visit I give thorough updates about what I did and how your cats behaved with multiple photos and video.
I also know each cat truly has its own personality and adapt each visit to each individual cat's needs. Your cat may be high energy and ready to play, or maybe just wants to cuddle on the couch after eating (or one of each, like mine), either way, I'll be attune to whatever your cat is feeling that day.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Meeting new cats and learning about all their unique personality quirks is so fun for me and hardly feels like work (except for perhaps the litter box scooping).
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Of course, my cats are Tokyo, age 8, and Trixie, age 1. I found Tokyo in a parking lot 7 years ago and was immediately smitten. She is sassy but loving, and will never let me forget when it's dinner/breakfast time. Trixie is our newly adopted kitty who bounces off the walls for most of the day and will chase absolutely anything you throw.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I meet with them to discuss their cat(s) particular needs, whether they're shy and need a gentle touch, picky eaters who like their food a certain way, or high energy and need lots of play time.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
