Emily was super. This was our first time with a pet sitter and first time away from our young kitties. Our cats needed unexpected vet care while we were away and Emily handled the situation with ease. She was proactive in communicating with our Vet and conveying information to us. She kept us updated with daily photos and written descriptions of kitty behavior. Out kitties were in good spirits when we returned and our family was relieved to have Emily’s professional and calm attention to their care.

Emily went above and beyond as a cat sitter for an extended sitting. When one of my cats was having digestive distress — she caught it early and helped treat it — which was beyond the call of duty. She kept me updated each day on how they were generally, their moods/play/socialness, and how their health was (due to the one having digestive distress). Her photos and updates were a delight. I rarely go out of town for nearly two weeks — but knowing my babies were in Emily’s care was a huge weight off my shoulders. I hope to book with her again!

Emily is clearly a cat person- both of my kids warmed up to her quickly! On top of keeping up with chores as instructed and carefully feeding my picky girl, she made sure to get some playtime in and I could tell from the pics that both kitties had a great time when Emily was over :)

We’ve used Emily for the second time, and once again she was absolutely wonderful. She cared for our cat for 12 days over the Christmas holidays, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. She followed detailed medication and feeding instructions perfectly, including daily meds, special food prep, litter cleaning, and water changes. Everything was always clean and organized when we returned. She even took our garbage bag out on garbage day, which was such a thoughtful extra touch and really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. She sent regular updates, was attentive, reliable, and clearly cares deeply about the animals she looks after. Our cat was calm and well cared for when we got back, which says a lot. This was our second time booking Emily. We have two special needs cats and one foster cat, and both humans and cats love the care and attention that Emily gave them while we were away. Our wobbly cat and blind kitty have their quirks and Emily handled them like a pro 😊 we will definitely be asking for her again the next time we are away.

Emily was amazing! It was my first time leaving my boys for a week and Emily’s care left me totally stress-free. She was so attentive, sent lots of updates, and even took out the trash!
