What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been caring for my own cats for my entire life and cat sitting for others for 10+ years. I am the standing cat sitter for all of my friends and often recommended to others. I have experience with cats of all ages, from kittens to seniors. I have cared for animals post-surgery, I’m comfortable giving medications, and have been known to be loved by the shyest of cats.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I am a triple checker! I will make sure that your cat has been given everything that they need and that the house is secured, doors locked and everything is left as I found it. My own mischevous cat has also been known to try to slip past people out the door, which is my biggest source of anxiety when I am away from home. So, I take ensuring that every cat is safely in the house when i enter and exit very seriously. I will also not hesitate to reach out if anything seems off and I have a car that makes it easy to get around if a vet visit were necessary.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! I’m from the area and spend holidays here. My schedule is flexible, so I am often available if you need a sitter in a last minute pinch, too!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
