This was the first time Grace took care of our cats, and I was very impressed with her work. She was especially cautious with our female cat, who has anxiety issues, and our cat seemed to be less stressed during those days. Grace was punctual and completed her tasks even when the city was snowed in. Both of our cats seemed to warm up to her, and we were very happy to have Grace looking after them. We would definitely reach out to her again the next time we travel.
