Mary Rose has been a wonderful cat sitter for my two gentle-natured cats. I never have to worry when I have them in Mary Rose's care. From keeping up with routine and feeding schedules, Mary Rose takes time to handle playtime with the more playful one, or takes everything slow and steady with my more skittish one, who rarely likes anyone outside of my partner and me. Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
