Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I do! Buddy is 13, with hyperthyroidism so I am very comfortable helping cats get their daily meds. Malinka is 7 and very play-motivated so I’m always coming up with new games for her.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, my family is close by so I am home for the holidays every year. If I do take a vacation, it’s usually a long weekend and not in the Summer.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Time and space and lots of gentle talking. I’ll share space with the cat so they get to know me, give lots of compliments and encouragement. And slow blinking at a nervous cat is really helpful!

They do a great job of meeting my cat where she is (literally) and allowing her time to open up and hang out. Any changes in medication or diet or schedule are never a concern with K and I always know my cat is in the most capable, loving hands. Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
