Hello! I am new to Pittsburgh but not to kitties! Frankly, cats are a major part of my personality. I grew up in the country and had multiple indoor-outdoor cats as well as a colony while I was growing up. I now have 1 fully indoor cat that gets catio time. I love spending time with any and all kitties. I ESPECIALLY appreciate the challenge of getting shy kitties to open up to me. My fur baby, Willow, has chronic calicivirus. Due to this condition, after a routine teeth cleaning and removal, she developed an intense amount of swelling in her eye. Unfortunately, our vet at the time was underprepared to manage this condition, and Willow quickly lost all vision. She had the impacted eye removed in October 2022 and has been the sweetest and happiest baby ever since! Using portrait mode on my phone to take pictures of cats is my favorite pastime. I'm also a plant girly so I will definitely water your plants...

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes.
