Kiara did a phenomenal job taking care of our SIX kitties while we were away for a long trip!! We have a complex family of rescue cats with various special needs and Kiara was attentive to each of them as individuals, learning their temperaments and preferences. Her veterinary technician background gave us incredible peace of mind, particularly when our youngest cat Emma (5 months old), became ill while we were away. Kiara not only was quick to detect that there was a problem, but she went out of her way to make extra trips to our home and take Emma to the Vet twice to get the treatment and follow up she needed. All the while Kiara provided updates on labs and coordinated vet phone calls, etc, which was amazing. Everything ended up being fine and we knew Emma and our other kitties were in excellent hands with Kiara. My husband and I highly recommend Kiara.

Unfortunately my Cat Libby passed away this morning. However Kiara was there for me every step of the way. When Libby was having difficulty moving today and her vet was closed, I contacted Kiara ( she is a vet tech at a 24//7 veterinary hospital where Libby has been seen previously). While Kiara wasn’t scheduled she not only made an appointment for Libby, but met me there, assisted with the paperwork and waited until Libby passed. I can never thank her enough for everything she’s done.

My cat Libby has chronic kidney disease and recently started needing subcutaneous fluid to be administered multiple times a day. It’s definitely a challenge but thanks to Kiara’s help I was able to go to an appointment, run errands and even attend social events . Kiara is an amazing cat sitter and vet tech ( which is a hard combination to find). She provides me with her availability ahead of time ( as sometimes it’s easier for us to administer fluids together when I am home). She’s punctual and lets me know when she’s on her way. She’s very patient with Libby ( who can be difficult at times). Libby doesn’t like getting her meds or getting her nails cut, but she’s comfortable with Kiara and let her cut her nails without any problem ( something that I could never manage to accomplish).

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
