Nathan was wonderful with our two young male cats! He arrived when he said he would, provided a detailed summary of each visit with lots of pictures and videos, and was super nice about cleaning up one of our cat's Protest Tub Poops (sorry again, Nathan!!!) 5/5 stars, we'd definitely hire him again if he'll take us!

Nate was awesome from start to finish. During our initial meeting, he took notes and asked questions. While I was away, he sent detailed daily updates on meals, activities and included photos of my baby, Charlie. He brought in mail and made sure Charlie had fresh water in his filter and plenty of treats. This was my first time using Meowtel and only the second time in 4 years that I have left my cat for more that 5 days. I like Charlie to stay at home as he is shy and very bonded to me only. I feel confident that Charlie was well cared for and I would definitely reccommend Nate to friends and family.

I can't say enogh about Nathan. He kept my boy Arthur healthy and happy even during the heat wave. His pics and commentary were the best news of the day during a very chaoctic family emergency. Nathan was patient and understanding with both me and my cat. Arthur even brought him his toy mouse and showed his belly all the time. If you need someone to love and care for your cat, Nathan's the one. It was my first time ever using a sitter so I was scared but now ---I will not hesitate. If he's available book him and be confident all will be well for your loved one.

Nathan is so wonderful!! He takes amazing care of our two kitties - including our very shy girl who takes ages to warm up to people. He is very patient and understanding of cat personalities and behavior. He’s also super communicative - he sends thorough updates with great pictures and videos. He even helped care for my garden and watered plants during a heatwave! I’m so grateful for all he does. He makes traveling and leaving my kitties so much less stressful.

Nathan always takes wonderful care of our kitty Nelson, and this time was no exception. Nathan sent plenty of (hilarious!) updates and photos of his adventures with Nelson, which we appreciated, and carefully followed our instructions. Unfortunately, Nelson had a little puke incident while we were gone, which Nathan (1) let us know about prompty, (2) did his best to clean up and (3) also amended his care to try to prevent further episodes. We felt bad about the inconvenience, but Nathan was really nice about it. I worry less about being gone when Nathan is around! 10/10, will continue to book again.

Nate was awesome all around. During our meet and greet, he took good notes, asked thoughtful clarifying questions, and read key details back to us. Before his first visit, we gave him an instruction sheet that he followed carefully. Some things had changed (e.g., our cat was wearing a cone), and he rolled with the punches without any issues. Nate was very consistent, as requested, about what time he visited our cat. He promptly sent full written reports after his visits. We got great pictures and videos during and after visits. We really appreciated the details in the daily updates. Nate also has a very gentle and caring presence. We expected it took take our cat one or two visits before he would let Nate handle him (or the cone he was wearing), but he was very comfortable starting from the first visit. Highly recommend Nate!

I’m SO glad to have found Nathan! He went above and beyond caring for our finicky girls, even moving a very heavy litter box to another room to accommodate a scared kitty who needed to be sequestered. He also dealt with numerous hairballs and other kitty conundrums during his visits, and never ever complained. Nathan is communicative, thorough, generous, and clearly loves cats. I highly recommend him!!

We loved the meet and greet with Nathan. He got to meet our cat Chloe who was a little shy. He fed her, scooped litter sent us photos and videos daily. Chloe eventually warmed up to him and he was able to give her the pets that she loves.

Nate is very reliable and has a good rapport with our cat - it helps that our cat has a good rapport with everyone. His daily text messages - with accompaning photos and videos are always welcome and frequently entertaining. We have no qualms with his catsitting.

Nathan came in for one day and he did a great job changing water, feeding my cats taking pictures. at the end of his service he gave back the key. before the day he asked to meet up to go over everything. I understand how my cats were and was very respectful of any request I asked.

Our reservation with Nathan went very very well, we received daily updates and photos of how our cats were doing, and they seemed to really like his company. Nathan was amazing! He watched our 3 elder cats (17 17, and 13) who require meds and are picky about how they eat. Not only was he patient with us/them, he took time to visit with each cat and give them loves after feeding. I was worried about leaving my babygirl, Zotz, home without me or my partner for a week as she hasn’t been without us both for a very long time. Nate was fantastic! We were in a bind trying to find a petsitter for Nelson over Thanksgiving, but Nate stepped up and took wonderful care of our friend while we were away. Nate took careful note of Nelson's care during our meet and greet and confirmed them the day of his arrival. His updates were detailed, hilarious, and filled with cute pictures and videos.
