Nate was awesome from start to finish. During our initial meeting, he took notes and asked questions. While I was away, he sent detailed daily updates on meals, activities and included photos of my baby, Charlie. He brought in mail and made sure Charlie had fresh water in his filter and plenty of treats. This was my first time using Meowtel and only the second time in 4 years that I have left my cat for more that 5 days. I like Charlie to stay at home as he is shy and very bonded to me only. I feel confident that Charlie was well cared for and I would definitely reccommend Nate to friends and family.

Nathan was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of our cats through the blizzard despite the snow! We were able to enjoy our vacation because he was so dedicated. Can not recommend him enough!

Nathan always takes wonderful care of our kitty Nelson, and this time was no exception. Nathan sent plenty of (hilarious!) updates and photos of his adventures with Nelson, which we appreciated, and carefully followed our instructions. Unfortunately, Nelson had a little puke incident while we were gone, which Nathan (1) let us know about prompty, (2) did his best to clean up and (3) also amended his care to try to prevent further episodes. We felt bad about the inconvenience, but Nathan was really nice about it. I worry less about being gone when Nathan is around! 10/10, will continue to book again.

Nate was awesome all around. During our meet and greet, he took good notes, asked thoughtful clarifying questions, and read key details back to us. Before his first visit, we gave him an instruction sheet that he followed carefully. Some things had changed (e.g., our cat was wearing a cone), and he rolled with the punches without any issues. Nate was very consistent, as requested, about what time he visited our cat. He promptly sent full written reports after his visits. We got great pictures and videos during and after visits. We really appreciated the details in the daily updates. Nate also has a very gentle and caring presence. We expected it took take our cat one or two visits before he would let Nate handle him (or the cone he was wearing), but he was very comfortable starting from the first visit. Highly recommend Nate!

I’m SO glad to have found Nathan! He went above and beyond caring for our finicky girls, even moving a very heavy litter box to another room to accommodate a scared kitty who needed to be sequestered. He also dealt with numerous hairballs and other kitty conundrums during his visits, and never ever complained. Nathan is communicative, thorough, generous, and clearly loves cats. I highly recommend him!!

Nathan was amazing! He watched our 3 elder cats (17 17, and 13) who require meds and are picky about how they eat. Not only was he patient with us/them, he took time to visit with each cat and give them loves after feeding. Nathan took thorough notes during our initial meeting and even when the meds changed by the time he watched our cats, he adjusted well and was more than happy to accommodate. Nate was fantastic! We were in a bind trying to find a petsitter for Nelson over Thanksgiving, but Nate stepped up and took wonderful care of our friend while we were away. Nate took careful note of Nelson's care during our meet and greet and confirmed them the day of his arrival. His updates were detailed, hilarious, and filled with cute pictures and videos. Nelson seemed very happy and content with his new friend! We will definitely be calling Nate the next time that we need a catsitter.

My cat is a shy guy and I thought he would hide the whole time. Nathan gave him space to come out on his own terms and by the third or fourth day my cat was out socializing with him.
