Grace succeeded in getting my cat to come out where other sitters failed. She was patient, worked with me on strategies, and he finally came out from hiding. yay!

Grace was great. I was nervous to leave my cats for the first time, especially since I’ve never been away from them for multiple days, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She scheduled a pre-visit to meet them before my trip and went over the plan with me, then followed everything we discussed perfectly. She was reliable and on time for every visit, and her updates, pictures, and videos were so consistent that I never felt like I needed to check in with her. It is clear she truly cares about animals. My kittens were relaxed and happy when I got home. I will definitely reach out to Grace again the next time I need a cat sitter.

My husband and I just moved to Providence recently and this was our first time using Meowtel. We were glad to find Grace had experience with cat asthma and administering inhalers. She was very communicative and sent updates/pics every day. Our cat was also really comfortable with her. Highly recommend!

Grace was very sweet, and tried hard to make my cat happy. He’s a foster, and is still very skittish around new people. But after 5 visits they were already playing together easily! I wish she lived closer, because Meowtel told me she helped animals in my area, but that wasn’t true! Grace didn’t normally come to my town, but did for me and that was very appreciated 😻
