Lena is the absolute best. she is super reliable, provides detailed updates and gives my cats tons of attention. She goes above and beyond, whether it’s cleaning up mouse guts after our indoor cat managed to hunt or taking our care of our elderly cat’s accidents outside the litter box.

Lena is a cat's cat person - and a cat person's cat person. She did 4 drop-ins for our 3 cats when we were out of town for a couple of days. Lena back to me right away, and accepted the gig only after confirming that both of our schedules would line up, which I appreciated. She took plenty of time to do a thorough walk-through, picked up everything we put down in terms of cat-care SOPs, and asked some questions that not even I thought to bring up. Very circumspect. Our cats were naturally relaxed around her both during the meet-and-greet, and when we were away. There simply were no issues, and the final proof of that was our cats were completely the same when we returned - not jumpy or freaked-out in the least.
