Hi, I’m Jenifer! 🐾 I’m a lifelong cat lover and have had a cat in my life since I was just 4 years old. Today, I’m lucky enough to have two 10-year-old sisters, Matthew and Woody, who came into my life during Hurricane Matthew. I found them during the storm, and they’ve been part of my family ever since. ❤️

I’m also comfortable giving medication when needed and following specific care instructions to help keep your cat comfortable and on their normal routine while you’re away.
During each visit, I’ll make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, attention and playtime when they want it, and plenty of love. I’ll carefully follow your instructions and pay attention to your cat’s behavior so I can let you know if anything seems unusual. I’ll also send photos and an update after each visit, because I know how reassuring it is to see your kitty happy and comfortable while you’re away.
I’m dependable, responsible, and attentive to detail. As a business owner, I understand the importance of being trustworthy, professional, and communicative, and I’ll treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I would want for my own.
Most importantly, I genuinely love cats. I know how difficult it can be to leave them when you travel, and my goal is to make that part easier. Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
