Caroline went above and beyond for my kitty & me. She was able to add a visit even though she was traveling herself. Our third cat-sit from Caroline and we will certainly seek her services in the future.

Caroline was super. She was there when I really needed, someone special for my two kitty-cats. I was unexpectant in the hospital and needed consistent help. Caroline sent me updates and photos, she cared for the kitties, and it was just what Phoebe, Charlotte and I all three needed.

This was my first time using Meowtel and Caroline has set the bar high!! We went out of town for a long weekend and had Caroline drop by in the evenings to check on the cats and feed them dinner. She was fantastic with both of my cats, a senior and an adolescent! She gave detailed reports and included photos every evening. We’re going out of town in February and will be booking Caroline again!!

Caroline is the best! Our cat needs medicine twice a day to keep him from have seizures and whenever we are away it is always an added stress having to wonder if he is getting his medication on time. We never have to worry even for a minute with Caroline! She sends updates with pictures and is always quick to respond. Definitely goes above and beyond and I can’t be more thankful for her and how it allows us to relax when we’re away from our little Norm.
