I grew up in Charleston, SC with 2 cats (Fanny & Deion Sanders) + 1 dog (Daisy.) Over the years, I have adopted a total of 2 cats (Pod & Dudley) + 2 dogs (Porkchop & Pancake), all who have now sadly passed away from old age. I have always had a profound love for animals and am not quite ready to adopt again but would love to fill that void with some much needed cat cuddles! What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

A phone/video call is always preferred before the first visit so the client can make that initial connection. I always want to learn more about the client’s needs + expectations while they are away. I want every cat-owner to feel comfortable leaving their furry friend at home knowing that their pet is in good hands!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
