As a fellow cat sitter, it was important that our shy kitties have someone that makes them as comfortable as possible. She didn’t force herself upon the timid kitties, and it paid off! They came out on their own accord for her, which is a big deal for them!"

She spent a lot of time playing with Louie and sent tons of videos, pics and updates on his habits and schedule which put me at ease.
