First and foremost, I'm a felinophile--a head-over-heels cat lover! I've both owned and cared for many, many cats throughout my life, both because they bring me much joy and because cats and I get on quite well--we seem to understand one another! If you're a cat lover too, you know this feeling :) As my day-job, I'm a graduate student, and thus have quite a flexible schedule to be able to make time to care for kitties in Columbia and the surrounding areas. Having grown up and been the sole carer for many cats, I currently have one cat: a 4-year-old Persian-Himalayan female named Prynne du Pre. She's my pride and joy, and makes for the perfect academic study companion. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
