I have cared for cats my entire life. I truly love all animals, but cats have always held a special place in my heart. I have one 13 year old cat, Sydney, that I adopted when she was 3. I’m beyond greatful I found Steph on here. We wouldn’t have been able to go on our family vacation if it wasn’t for her help. I have 4 long haired Persian & Himalayans so they are a bit of high maintenance though super sweet. Steph went above and beyond she made time to brush them and clean little Pearl’s eyes. We are so entirely grateful to have found Stephanie! I can't say enough about how awesome she is; so thoughtful and caring towards our two rescue kitties. Even though one of our cats was "shy" and mainly hid under the bed, Steph was patient and made sure he was fed and looked after. She was even able to find a solution to give him his medicine! I know my kitties felt safe with her and looked forward to the visits each day and we enjoyed seeing the photos Steph sent us during each visit, they made us laugh :). Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
