I know it can be stressful for a cat for their owners to be away and I love being able to come and care for them in a place they are already at peace.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have 3 kitties! I have Max who was a bush find and now couch potato, Monaghan who is my loyal old man, and Tina, a sassy queen on the house who rules with sass and spunk!

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I am a huge fan of space for any cat and allowing them to socialize on their terms. We they do decide to wngage, I get on their level and softly encourage curiosity.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
