My experience working with her was wonderful! Very professional, great communication, and I could tell my kitty loved her immediately. She spent a lot of time playing with Louie and sent tons of videos, pics and updates on his habits and schedule which put me at ease. You can tell Britt cares deeply for cats and has a natural way with them - I would highly recommend her and would book her in the future!"
