"Ryann was absolutely excellent! I have come back from trips in the past and my cats are all freaked out from the extended silence and lack of contact they were SUPPOSED to have from the cat sitter I hired. I came back after 5 days and after 2 recent even longer absences and they were like 'oh, you, hi. Is there food?'. So happy with that reaction. She also sent pics and videos and filled me in on how they were or weren't doing thoroughly every day. It was wonderful to have all that and be able to focus and not worry whether they were crazy bored or freaky. Honestly, Ryann was better than the college student who once just stayed at my house the whole week to watch my cats. I will hire her every time I can. She also went out of her way to both play with the cats and engage them, but also to continuously reach out to my one cat that wouldn't come out for several days. That meant a lot to me. I would also highly recommend Ryann for anyone with cats with certain needs or special issues. Her approach and detailed attention would be perfect for those cats and situations."
