Karen was fantastic. When I arrived home from my trip and opened the door Penelope and Toro greeted me with a look that saiid, ‘Oh, it’s you. We were hoping for Karen.” The video and photo updates were much appreciated. This was my first trip away since getting the girls, but I feel comfortable taking many more trips as long as Karen is available!

We were in a pinch after our previous cat sitter wasn’t able to help with a weekend trip we planned. Karen stepped in with only a few days notice. Getting her up to speed with our boys, the meds (our oldest cat has diabetes), and the logistic of our home was easy. while we were away we got updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing all was going well. Karen was awesome and we’ll definitely be asking for her again.

Karen is a wonderful petsitter! She took detailed notes at our meet and greet and gave me daily thoughtful updates while I was gone. She handled my senior cat with care and administered a daily inhaler with no problems. When I returned from my trip I saw that Karen had left a gift bag with treats for the cats - and me! - and a very sweet note. It was a great way to come home 😊

Well, Karen is a total life-saver AND my cat loved her. My friend came down with the flu and with two days left before a week long vacation, I panicked and found Meowtel. Karen was one of the recommended sitters and after reaching out I found out she was available for my dates (Thank Goodness). She came and met my kitty and asked all the right questions.
