What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I prefer to immediately establish a clear and abundant channel of communication. There is never a situation where a cat parent can communicate too much with me. I recognize how much they care and want to match that care and then some. Once we feel comfortable with our established communication, I then process all given instructions and will typically attempt to reiterate my understanding to them to make sure there is no misunderstanding. How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Taking a thorough approach to security is essential, especially during the first few days when all parties are getting used to the arrangement. Taking precautions to check all possible entrances and exits for both outsiders and the cats themselves, helps limit all possibilities of potential accidents. I treat a client's home like my own and their pets the same way. I want them to rest assured their safety and comfort is my utmost priority.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! I am happy to work nearly every holiday except for Christmas. Even then, I am often only busy for a day or two of that season.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
