My cats Princess Creamcicle(8), Abby(16), and Bunnyboy(2), are my entire world so I understand the importance and comfort of good reliable care when you need it.
My aim is to provide loving and thorough drop-ins for your furbabies.
My drop-ins will include dedicated time for play/petting/spending time directly with your cats in addition to litter box scooping, water changes, and feeding dry/wet food based on your desired feeding schedule. I also have experience with administering oral and transdermal medication.

I have three cats who I love to the moon and back! Their names are Princess Creamcicle (8), Abby (16), and Bunnyboy (2).
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes! I usually don't leave the Memphis area during holidays and my day job usually closes on most holidays so my availability opens up some during these times!

Xiola was wonderful with Agave and Phoenix! The meet-and-greet was smooth, and she was very communicative and easy to chat with throughout our trip. She sent us photos and videos during her visits, kept us updated on the cats, and made sure they had fresh water, clean litter, and everything they needed. She was also very patient and playful with Phoenix, who took a little time to warm up. We came home to happy, relaxed, affectionate cats and a house in great shape. We were worried the kitties might be anxious while we were away, but they were so much calmer than they have been after previous stays at a cat hotel. And, happily, there were no couch or chair scratches! That really says a lot about the care they received. We would absolutely have Xiola take care of them again!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Memphis cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $23.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
