Hello! My name is Missy. I have 3 cats (or should I say I’m owned by 3 cats) and a dog that are my world and I would definitely have more if I were single 🤣. I grew up in Minnesota and I moved tk Nashville with my husband and 4 fur babies in September 2022. I’ve had cats my whole life and love any and all cats. When I first meet a cat I will not approach them unless they approach me first. What I do is I’ll kneel down to their level at a safe distance with my body facing a different direction than the cat. With my schedule not being the same every week I will communicate with you if certain times won’t work. I will also let you know if I’ll be getting to your place later than expected. While we were away from home we had Missy stop in to check in on and love our kitties. Communication with her was excellent, from our pre-trip meet and greet to the daily updates from afar with included photos to show how everyone was doing. We were especially happy that she was able to give a daily medication to one of the cats, very much helping to ease our minds while we were gone. A+ sitter!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
