I have experience caring for cats of all ages—from energetic kittens to sweet senior cats—and I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter box maintenance, administering basic me... Hi! My name is Sarah, I’m a dedicated cat lover who truly understands that every cat has their own unique personality, routines, and comfort zone. Whether your cat is playful and social or shy and independent, I take the time to build trust and make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while you’re away.
I have experience caring for cats of all ages—from energetic kittens to sweet senior cats—and I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter box maintenance, administering basic medications, and giving plenty of love and attention (on their terms, of course 😊).
My goal is to keep your cat’s environment calm and consistent, so they experience as little stress as possible while you’re gone. I also provide regular updates with photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your cat is happy and in good hands.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy creating a calm, stress-free environment for cats while their owners are away. Knowing I can help them feel safe and comfortable in their own home is the most rewarding part! Also getting to know all the different cat personalities, from cuddly lap cats to independent little observers. Every visit feels a little different, and I love that so much, I really enjoy the quiet, one-on-one connection that comes with cat sitting as well. It’s not just about care, but it is about understanding their behavior, respecting their space, and building a bond at their pace! I have had cats my entire life so building trustworthy relationships with other peoples kitties is the most important part to the visit as well as making sure they are loved and cared for while their owners are away!
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I do have two kitties of my own (Finley & Bean) Finley is a boy and Bean is a girl. Finley is my crazy, curious, & friendly guy. Finley is very social and outgoing! My girl kitty Bean is more conservative & observent, she is very shy and definitely a one owner cat, but she is not aggressive at all! They are the perfect duo as they are best friends and are inseperatable! I truly think Finleys outgoing personality is big enough for the both of them! :)
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes! I am usually available during all holidays and I am able to make accommodations with schedules to meet your needs because I have a very open & flexible schedule!

Sarah was amazing! she let me know when she arrived at my home, took pictures of all the necessary items for my cats (food, litter, water) and sent them as well as keeping me updated on how they were doing and photos. And she always asked if there was anything else she could do before leaving. I will DEFINITELY request her again and I highly recommend her.

We have 5 cats, two adults & three kittens. Sarah’s professionalism and communication are beyond compare! She is dependable, on time, efficient, engaging, enthusiastic, helpful, caring, committed and detailed oriented. She sent copious pictures and videos of which we appreciated. We knew our cats were being loved and cared for as if they were her very own. That reassurance alone is worth everything! Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Nashville cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $26.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
