Hey, I’m Caitlin! I’ve been a cat owner since birth & have experienced all the personalities of cats. My primary career is a freelance camera assistant in the film industry. I’m married with 3 kids (13, stepson / 5, daughter / 3, son) all of whom are officially in school, leaving me with some extra hours during the week for my own ventures. My most notable cat-sitting experience was for a friend who had 2 cats, one was chill & the other was having behavioral problems. While she was out of town, she hired someone to come care for her cats but due to the behavioral issues of the one, that person quit & I filled in for the remainder. Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

We currently have 2 cats : Bruce (13) & Ludwig (8). They are both tuxedo cats & very sweet. Nobody is a stranger to Bruce--he's almost dog-like & visits the neighbors during the day. When friends come over, he welcomes them with a lap-sit. Ludwig is a tad more skittish & rather nocturnal. He sleeps all day & goes out all night. This year, my cat of 16 years, Wonky, passed away. I found him outside my church when I was 18 years old & adopted him right away. He was just a kitten. I had him through all my phases of adulthood until now. I miss him a lot. You'll see him featured in many of my photos in the gallery. He was a long-haired tuxedo cat (ragamuffin).

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am available in the area most holidays. We typically only travel once or twice a year, so I'm flexible in that way & I am aware that most cat-sitting needs are during holidays, so my goal is to be available as needed for that reason.

What is your favorite cat toy?

One of my favorite cat toys is the long stick with the feather at the end. One of my cats did literal backflips for this toy & it is irresistible. I also thoroughly enjoy the laser. Who doesn't love a good laser chase with a cat?

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
