Karuna took great care of my three cats while we were out of town. Feeding them isn't easy as they all have to eat separately and she's seen it all before and knew exactly what to do. She gave them treats and attention and made them feel loved which I really appreciate. Her updates through the app were fantastic and I enjoyed all the photos and details. So thorough and kind as well. Highly recommended!!!

Karuna took excellent care of our two cats over Thanksgiving, both of whom are elderly and have special needs including medication. Karuna was patient and flexible as our schedule changed repeatedly at the last minute. They were very communicative and sent prompt, detailed updates and photos. This was my first time trusting a sitter outside of friends and family and I couldn’t be more satisfied with Karuna’s care. During the visits, sent me pictures of my boys, updates on how much water/food they were consuming between visits and how they were behaving. During our meet & greet, Karuna took notes of my care instructions and was proactive with making sure she had everything necessary for a successful pet sitting.
