I recently moved to Austin from Dubai where I had an excellent cat sitter, I didn’t travel for weeks as I was worried for my four cats, who will look after them? how will they adjust? how to introduce someone new on top of new environment? All my four cats are rescues and the youngest one (Pepito) has trust issues, he bolts and hides for hours at the time, on one ocassion he was so stressed with strangers, he had a bladder inflamation, the other three cats (Teo, Billy & Joaquin) are somewhat social and love treats and company. I traveled for a week, Keyra knew how to treat them, respected Pepito’s space until he came around on the 3rd day, she sent me pictures of the cats having a good time, overall I am very happy. Keyra was very receptive and learned quickly how to manage the automatic litter box, water fountain and feeders (all petkit) and also gave the cats wet food, made them play and did a great service to the house by moving the trash container to the curb on pick up day.

Keyra was amazing with my two cats and so easy to communicate with. She's professional and kind, and she gave me some tips for my next trip. From all of the pictures she sent during our trip, it's clear that my cats warmed up to her quickly. She provided a daily update, and also helped us with our mail and taking out the trash. I will definitely use her again for our next trip.

Keyra has checked in on my elderly cat, Socks, multiple times now. Socks requires daily medication and Keyra always sends me a note about how it's going. She has never left my home unlocked and follows any instructions that I leave for her. I would recommend Keyra as a trusted person to care for your cat!

Keyra was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond in every way — sending me daily updates with photos, making sure Puddin was happy and cared for, and even taking the initiative to clean her water fountain and share some great maintenance tips for a few devices at home.
