While I have reached my pet capacity at my home, my heart has endless space to care for others. I have always been a cat lady! In my adult life, I own(ed) three cats. In 2016, one passed away from lymphoma and you better believe, I did absolutely everything (surgery, chemo, etc) to save her. I appreciate Lisa stepping in last minute to help me out by taking care of the kitties. She was very understanding of the fact that they are rescues and tend to be skeptical of new people. She sent me great updates and pictures as well. When one kitty didn’t come out, she looked around for her and did her best to make her feel safe. Lisa is a very sweet and caring person. From the very start, Lisa was a treat to work with. A pure professional and a true love of kitty cats. we had updates and photos everything she came by and even our neurotic stranger loathing cat came out to pay a visit. a couple of days prior to us leaving we had to let one cross the rainbow bridge. Lisa made sure to be extra attentive with both our others, the social one got all the pets and hugs she wanted. besides the car of the cats, Lisa was nothing but kind and sweet to us in all communications and took any nerves of being away, off us completely. I would highly recommend and for sure will use her again.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
