Jade was incredible with my two cats! She sent me plenty of photos and written updates regarding their well-being. For my senior cat, Moo, she spent extra time spoon feeding her wet food when she was having problems with her appetite. I’d highly recommend her and would happily book her again!

My cat Delcine ADORES Jade! When Jade's daily check ins were coming to an end, my cat followed her down the stairs and begged her not to go. Delcine is known for going on hunger strike, but she ate her food when Jade was around. Jade played with her, made her feel comfortable, and also checked around the house to make sure that Delcine didn't eat any of my plants!

This was our second time booking Jade, and once again she exceeded all expectations. She is incredibly reliable and punctual, and truly gives us peace of mind while we’re traveling. Jade provides thoughtful, detailed updates and is very attentive to food, water, and litter. She also makes sure our cats get plenty of playtime and affection. She went above and beyond by even bringing Christmas toys for our cats, which meant so much to us. Our rescue cats, Ducky and Dodo, are very shy around new people, but Jade showed remarkable patience and consistency over the 9-day period. Halfway through the stay, Ducky began to feel comfortable with her, a huge milestone for us. We are so grateful for the care, love, and dedication Jade shows, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.

Jade did an amazing job of meeting Shadow with us, and taking great notes for how to care for our cat while we were gone! Jade followed our security instructions to a T which was awesome, and sent us great pictures and videos of playing with and feeding Shadow. Jade also gave Shadow some of his pet meds, and monitored his bathroom habits for us which was greatly appreciated! Jade showed up in the middle of our expected timeframe for our cat both morning and night, and spent an appropriate amount of time with him. We were very pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend them in the future!

Jade was amazing. She kept us updated with detailed texts, pictures, and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She is incredibly reliable, organized, punctual, and truly caring. Our kitties absolutely love her! She also took care of our mail and trash day. We’re already hiring her again for Christmas holidays and highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful pet sitter.

Jade is amazing! She did a really good job with my boys and even got to my place a little early every day as they are early risers. She played with them and I can tell my kitties really enjoyed her. Jade is a wonderful cat sitter! It’s clear that she really enjoys cats and my cat loves her as well. she sends lots of videos and pictures, and keeps me updated on treat intake, food and water, and litter situations. She makes it a point to have lots of play time and I can tell from the videos my cat loves all of her affection :) 10/10, highly recommend!

Jade was as thorough a cat sitter as we could have asked for! Even though we booked on short notice, she immediately communicated via the app and set up a convenient time to stop by and get to know our cat. She took notes during the visit, and on the days that she popped in to check on our cat Austin, she sent thorough photo and text updates. She even communicated some concerns about Austin's litter box usage (or lack thereof) which we definitely appreciated. We will book Jade again!
