This was such an amazing experience! It was a huge comfort to know my kitties were being taken care of by an attentive cat person. Rachel did everything she could to coax my shy kitty out of hiding, she even played calming music for her. The kitten got love & play time, which was a huge relief as well. I will absolutely ask Rachel help me again, & I will tell everyone about her!

This was the first time we had a cat sitter so I was nervous that our shy kitten would be too nervous to come out, but Rachel was so calm and kind with our kitten! She did actually what I asked for. She also let me know when she was on her way, sent pictures, and gave very specific details about our kitten. If we need a cat sitter again, we will definitely book through Rachel!

My two cats are very shy and rarely come out of hiding for sitters, but with Rachel they came out more than once! And of course were well taken care of, too. Rachel was also super accommodating to a last-minute scheduling change I made to my reservation.

As newer ATX residents, this was our first time using Rachel, but it won’t be our last! She met with us and our cat prior to our departure. Then she checked in on him in accordance to the set schedule and sent daily pictures/updates. We came home to our house and our cat exactly as we had left it prior. 5/5 experience and provided a lot of peace of mind when leaving our little gremlin.
