We encountered an unexpected power cut during our most recent booking and Regina, who had our spare key with her, made an extra stop back to our house to take care of some medication we had in our refrigerator. She did not ask for extra compensation (though we did pay her extra, because we really appreciated her willingness to help!), and we are super grateful with how readily Regina rolls with the punches if anything unforeseen comes up. She is always our go-to, and we're looking forward to booking with her again for our next trip!"

"Kiara took very good care of my 7 cats while I was away on vacation. The cats were all were all healthy upon my return. Everything was clean and as I’d left it. She was so kind as to water my porch plants and to fill the water dish on my porch for the feral cats as well. I would definitely recommend Kiara!"

"Sara was outstanding. I have booked her numerous times for my cats. With this visit, she let me know the smoke alarms(all 5!) were chirping due to drained battery power. Sara recognized immediately this was distressing to the cats and she disarmed the alarms to stop the painful sounds. I am grateful for her cat sitting skills. She even carries a kitty first aid kit for all visits!"

"This was my first time using a pet-sitting service, and I was definitely a little nervous about leaving my kitties in someone else’s care. I couldn’t be happier with the experience Ashley provided! My two boys immediately took to her during our meet-and-greet, which put me at ease right away. Ashley is an excellent communicator, and I looked forward to reading her detailed visit summaries each day and seeing all of the photos and videos she shared. She went above and beyond to make sure my cats received plenty of attention and affection during her visits. She brushed them, played with them, and, of course, spoiled them with treats! I honestly think they miss her now that we’re home! I also have an asthmatic cat who experiences frequent upper respiratory infections, so it was especially reassuring to know that Ashley has experience with feline medication administration. Ashley was extraordinary at being in tune with my cats and noticing subtle changes in their behavior and health. When my asthmatic cat first began sneezing, she recognized it right away and administered his medication as instructed. Her attentiveness and quick response helped prevent his condition from worsening, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care she provided. I felt completely at ease knowing my cats were in such caring and capable hands while we were away. Ashley’s service is absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful, attentive, and trustworthy cat sitter. My cat is very needy, but Pauline accommodated every request, including administering her daily medication with care. She also went above and beyond by keeping the house tidy—sweeping around the litter box and even cleaning up a vomit spot on our couch. Pauline is incredibly responsive as well.
