Pauline sent daily updates with photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My cat is very needy, but Pauline accommodated every request, including administering her daily medication with care. She also went above and beyond by keeping the house tidy—sweeping around the litter box and even cleaning up a vomit spot on our couch. Pauline is incredibly responsive as well. My two boys immediately took to her during our meet-and-greet, which put me at ease right away. Ashley is an excellent communicator, and I looked forward to reading her detailed visit summaries each day and seeing all of the photos and videos she shared. She went above and beyond to make sure my cats received plenty of attention and affection during her visits. She brushed them, played with them, and, of course, spoiled them with treats! I honestly think they miss her now that we’re home! I also have an asthmatic cat who experiences frequent upper respiratory infections, so it was especially reassuring to know that Ashley has experience with feline medication administration. Ashley was extraordinary at being in tune with my cats and noticing subtle changes in their behavior and health. When my asthmatic cat first began sneezing, she recognized it right away and administered his medication as instructed.
