"This was my first time using Meowtel on the customer side, and I was nervous about what kind of chaos my large cat fam would cause while I was out of town, but Kara was amazing and ensured everything went smoothly! She made sure my boy Gus got his medication each evening, and spent time with all of my cats, earned the favor of a few shy babies and gave plenty of love to the more social ones. She was also thorough in checking on everyone, and successfully got photos of each kitty every single visit, even the ones who tucked themselves away! 😸 Everyone was in good spirits when I returned home and eased back into their routines with no fuss. I highly recommend Kara!"

"Alexa went so above and beyond for my babies. By the third day that she was pet sitting for us, my old boy she noticed had not peed. She first respected my hesitation to take him to the emergency vet, but when I called back an hour later changing my mind as the situation settled on me, she was still more than happy to make the trip back to take him. She spent days taking my boy between vets and giving constant updates about the situation since I was unable to come back. I'm pretty sure that she saved my boys life by recognizing the problem and gently pushing me to take the right course of action. My two girls were also completely fine and happy on top of everything happening with my boy. I can't recommend her enough, Alexa will care for your babies like they are her own."

"This was our second time booking Cynthia and also the longest we’ve been away from our cats and she did a great job taking care of them! Cynthia was very communicative and always responsive to our messages. We reviewed some health issues to keep an eye out for on one of our cats during the pre-visit and throughout the stay Cynthia was great at keeping us posted on how the cats were doing and always included photos. We felt at ease with her staying with our cats and could tell they would get more comfortable as each day passed. We would definitely rebook Cynthia in the future and recommend her to other pet parents as well!"

"I cannot recommend Jennifer enough. I have three cats, one of which is a feral rescue who doesn't have any eyes. This cat in particular, Fred, does not really warm up to anyone. On day one, Jennifer had already given Fred pets!!! She spent extra time bonding with my guys, which I really appreciated because I had to be away from home for 10 days, which is a long time for FIV cats given that stress can cause symptoms. All of my cats were happy when I got home! I am so relieved to have found my regular go-to cat sitter."

"Alyssa was very timely on everything, from initial contact to meet-and-greet and then the actual visits with my 2 furballs, which was huge for me. I have a hard time trusting anyone to care for my cats with the same attention that I give them, but she set my mind at ease pretty early on, especially when my grumpy introvert girl kitty came up and sniffed her hand right away, something that usually takes her hours and several visits to finally feel comfortable enough to do. I absolutely plan to hire Alyssa again as my cat sitter! I’d strongly recommend her to anyone."
