What is your favorite cat toy?

My favorite cat toy is the feather toys on the strings. I love watching cats reactions to them and watch them fly through the air to catch it. It’s so much fun and it gives the cat a good amount of exercise

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I usually just let the cat get used to my presence before immediately going up to them. I don’t want to scare them upon arrival. I will wait for them to come out on their own and if they are slowly coming out, I will give them a little treat and pets so they can be more trusting towards me

Laurie was so great! she was super kind and sent so many photos and videos that made me feel confident that my cats were being well-cared for while I was away. she went above and beyond, setting up a feeder during her first visit after we had a wifi snafu and couldn’t do it the morning we left. she even got my skittish cat to come out of her shell and hang out. 😍 my mom, a major cat lady, hasn’t been able to do that yet! when I came back, I could tell that they clearly loved playing with her. I came home from my trip around the time of her usual visit, and my cats were waiting by the door and ready to play. 😆 I’ll definitely book with Laurie for my next trip.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
