Nice to meet you! I'm Marcus - security guard by night, single parent by day! I'm excited to join the ranks of Meowtel's cat sitters because cats have long been my favorite pets, (I think people who aren't cat people often don't realize how affectionate and loyal cats are once they've bonded with you) and I’m hoping to return to working full-time in pet care. I have had a multi-cat family ever since I can remember; when I was young, my family had almost as many cats as humans, and we often fostered cats and dogs for local rescues too. Since I grew up on a 7-acre farm, we always seemed to have room for another cat... and another dog... and perhaps another rabbit, horse, and cow as well! As an adult, I would often take in strays, getting them vet check-ups and helping them find their purrrfect forever homes. (I’ve also found myself raising several litters of kittens when momma cat decided to move in with me!) Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
