What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have had cats as a pet since my youth and after college have pet sit for clients over the last 10 years which include dogs, cats, birds, fish and reptiles.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love getting to meet your fur-babies and spend time with them. I also selfishly get to have my "cat fix" as we currently are unable to have a cat in our home.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

For those who have anxious babies, rest assured I would sit calmly on the floor in the room they are currently occupied in with their favorite toy and a couple of treats and spent the time calmly talking out loud to get them used to my voice and tossing them a treat or two to encourage them to visit.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
